Marriage Allowance - Missing Tax Year

Dear Team, I have applied for marriage allowance on April month for previous year - 21/22 and my husband has received the claim. However, when i try to apply for year 22/23 it is not visible. When i applied for the first time - i haven't chose the option of continuing the marriage allowance as we thought we will calculate the salary and then applied for allowance based upon the eligibility. Could somebody help why it is not visible in portal? year- 22/23
