I left the UK over 20 years ago to live and work full time overeseas. I was given an NT tax code which I assume is still in place as I have never returned to the UK to live. I have a small UK private pension pot which I would like to take and would like to know if I have to fill out any forms to avoid taxation or will my NT tax code still be valid? Thankd in advance

Hi alexH101,
You will need to complete the following form:
Double Taxation: Treaty Relief (Form DT-Individual)
Thank you.
