Dear HMRC, I am a non-resident who has registered a private limited company in the UK, and I personally hold 100% of the shares. If my company generates a profit and I pay myself a dividend: Do I pay the personal income tax on the dividend to the UK, or to my home country (China)? Thanks very much in advance Best regards

I have read the relevant policies and regulations, but I did not understand Article 10 regarding dividends. After paying the corporation tax in the UK, to which country should I declare the dividend tax, and how much should I declare? chrome-extension://gfbliohnnapiefjpjlpjnehglfpaknnc/pages/pdf_viewer.html?r=https://www.chinatax.gov.cn/chinatax/n810341/n810770/c1152934/5026984/files/11529342.pdf
