Income tax for expat

Hi, I am working in uk and I will move to another country for work starting coming Dec. I would like to know, as my monthly income tax payment and allowance is considered as I will be working in uk for whole tax year, then what is the procedure for me to get the tax refund that I overpay under my situation of moving?
