Working in Spain for 3 months, remote working under my company's policy (UK company) and UK law my stay will remain under 180. I will continue to pay tax in the UK - being away for only 3 months and still being employed in the UK, do I need to inform the tax office about this? As a British and Irish/EU citizen, travelling to Spain as an EU citizen, do I need to inform local Spanish government or will I need to pay local tax in Spain over 3 months?

Hi Helen Merrick,
You do not need to inform HMRC, but you will need to check that you can in fact stay for 3 months in Spain.
Please see guidance here:
