I am providing correct First Name, Last name, DOB and NI number but the tax site doesn't recognise me. I have never changed my name. I raised an online ticket and I was then directed to call 03002003300. They ask lot of details but disconnect the call in the end. I have been paying NI for last 12 years. How can I get access to my tax account?
