leave the UK to claim any tax refund

Hi, I have already made a claim in December 2023 (my claim is ) and I saw the status of this claim is completed in HMRC app. However, I haven’t received any response from HMRC. Could you please tell me what is the process of this? How long I will get reply and what I have to do next?

If the claim is shown as completed in December 2023 then you should have received a reply by now.
If you have still not received a reply then you will need to contact HMRC to review:

Thank you for your reply. I have already contacted HMRC by phone but no one responded or the line was cut due to the closed system. I tried so many times to reach out to HMRC for my reply. Moreover, I am outside the UK. What should I do then? Could you please contact or process this for me?
