SIPP and ISA Contributions during Split Year periods

I will leave the UK for a job in Saudi Arabia in Jan 25 for at least 2 years. Can I still contribute into my SIPP and ISA during Feb and March 2025, or must I complete all SIPP and ISA contributions before I depart the UK?
