Dear HMRC Community, I recently registered for a personal tax account and successfully verified my identity. I wanted to access information about the taxes I've paid since starting employment in December 2021. However, my online account shows no contributions listed for the fiscal years 21/22 and 22/23, despite having received payslips and a P60 from my employer confirming tax deductions. I'm unsure if this discrepancy is due to an issue with data transferred to the HMRC portal or if I need to contact my employer directly regarding the missing information. I would appreciate any guidance or assistance you can offer in resolving this matter. Thank you for your time and assistance.

Hi  Marco Bertolini,
Your employer should submit the details to HMRC online.
If no details shown on your personal tax account then we have not received the submission from the employer.
If you contact the employer they can check their online account.
If the employer needs further assistance they can contact HMRC here:

Thank you.
