Hi I am receiving compensation under the McCloud remedy for additional contributions to my teacher pension. 1 - Do I need to pay tax on my compensation? Some suggest only on the tax. Others suggest none. 2 - When I bought the additional contribution, I paid additional tax as I was over the Annual Allowance. Will I be able to get this back? If so, how do I go about it? Thanks for all the wise words!
