Form P85 enquiry

I have two questions regarding form P85. 1. Under the context of the question “Will you still have a home in the UK?”, does being a landlord of a residential property in the UK that is being rented out count as having a home in the UK? 2. Regarding “Employment”, I am carrying out full-time postdoctoral research at a Japanese university with funding support from a fellowship award by a private foundation that is a registered charity in Hong Kong. I am not considered an employee by either the Japanese university or the private foundation in Hong Kong. Does this count as a job, and if so who is deemed my employer?
