Hi All, I am looking for some advice and I'll try and keep a long story short. My parents and siblings live abroad and have never lived in the UK. I have been in the UK for over 10 years and have ILTR. My parents have completed an early inheritance (so they are still alive) of their house to my brother who now has to pay out my siblings and I. He would like to do so in monthly payments. Now I've tried to do some research and was hoping someone would be able to confirm this: * Due to neither my parents or siblings having ever resided in the UK and my part of the estate is under GBP 325,000.00 I am not required to pay inheritance tax. * Despite receiving a monthly 'income' from my brother again I would not have to tax that amount as the money comes from my family? * Is there anything else I need to consider? Thank you,
