Personal Tax Code - increased gift aid

Good morning, My personal tax code has been updated by HMRC and I’m now paying more tax. I noticed that the gift aid which increases my tax free allowance is out of date. Can I get this gift aid figure and my tax code increased mid tax year? I followed the procedure to advise of a change needed to tax code but it seems to only allow for a change in employment income. Thanks for your help. David
