I have recently had a change of role which has meant a new higher salary, vesting quarterly RSUs and enhanced bonus. Notifying HMRC on my new expected end of year taxable income (including salary, bonus and RSUs) they have put me on a KxxxX code to reclaim underpayment of tax, as I am now above the 125k mark. But I am making large SIPP contributions can I tell HMRC about these to reduce the tax I owe in the year or do I need to complete a SA at the end of the year?

Hi,
You can advise HMRC of the increase in pension payments in year.
Thank you
