Registering for Self Assessment

Hi, I am trying to register for self assessment online. I came to the UK last August. I have income from the stock market. 1. I am not sure how to fill in the date for "Date untaxed income received from". Should it be the first date of financial year (6/4/2023) or the date I landed in the UK? 2. Should I need to tick the item, "I have Capital Gains to pay"? If so, what is the date for "Tax year end date where Capital Gains are owed" Thank you.
