I have an int’l bank account of Barclays from Isle of Man. Should I report saving interest tax in personal allowance by oversea or UK?

Hi,

As the Isle of Man is outside of the UK, you are in receipt of foreign interest. This foreign interest should be declared in a self assessment tax return each year. If you do not already complete a tax return, you will need to register for one at:

Thank you.

As you said, I’m not a tax resident, my Barclays int’l account also is outside of UK bank. So do I need to report tax even exceed £10000 deposit interest by self assessment and so on. Thank you
