non-uk resident wanting to open savings account in uk

I'm a non-UK resident with some money in a current account in the UK. I have not lived or worked in the UK for over 25 years. I want to make some interest on my savings, but the bank website wants to know how to tax me for interest earned and I don't know how to proceed. Help? Thanks

As a non uk resident, the interest should be taxed by your bank.
