Company electric car salary sacrifice - other costs

Hi there, We have set up a electric car salary sacrifice scheme where the vehicle is provided by a lease company and all relating contracts and documents are also managed by them. They did not provide insurance (they suggested to get our own as it was extremely expensive via them). They did not provide home charging (they did not provide and put us in touch with installers to arrange ourselves). So my question is around: - Can I pay for my own vehicle insurance and ask the employer to cover the cost and add this cost to the overall salary sacrifice. Insurance company will not "invoice" the employer. - Can the employer pay for the home charger and installation and add this cost to the overall salary sacrifice. Overall this is cost neutral for the employer.
