Hi! Thinking of working for a company based in Spain, working remotely in U.K. I am a British citizen. How am I taxed? Through Self tax assessment? Or am I taxed in Spain? Thanks

This depends on your tax residence basis and your residence is for you to determine - RDR3 Statutory Residence Test.
