401k Loan living in UK

I am above 60 and I would like to make use of the 401k Loan for a house down payment. I live in the UK however, and would like to know if I can get the 401k loan and if so what are the things to be aware of such as tax implications, etc.?

As 401K loans are unavailable in the UK, we are unable to comment on any income tax implications.
