Hi In early June my tax office in Jersey validated and submitted a ‘DT – Individual’ form to HMRC. On July 1st I received a tax rebate for UK tax paid for 2023/2024, so far so good. However I was expecting my pension tax codes to change to reflect the fact I live and pay my tax in Jersey. The codes have yet to change and I am still being double taxed in the UK by HMRC. I submitted a structured email form (https://www.tax.service.gov.uk/shortforms/form/CNR_Claims_SEF) about this a couple of months ago but have had no response. How can I get an indication of when I will stop being double taxed by HMRC and my UK pension tax codes will change? Do I need to contact by phone to resolve this? Thanks
