Opened two of the same ISA's but only paid into one

Hi all! I opened up a Fixed ISA online with Santander this year online but didn't touch it at all or put money into it(£0). I then later opened up an Fixed ISA with LBS and saved into it, I didn't realise you can't have more than one type of ISA for the current year. What would be the best thing to do in this situation? I really do want to keep my LBS ISA. Thanks
