Trying to change the address on my account but it won't allow me to do it due to some issue with the date being earlier than what's on record. So the website tells me to ring, I ring and I'm either told by the automated voice to go online to change it which sends me in a circle. Or I'm put on hold to which after 30minutes the phone cuts off. Why can't they have an email address to contact or an online agent to speak to.
