2nd Job

Hi, we have employed a young person do a few days work a for a couple of weeks inbetween them starting uni. They already have a zero hours contract main job, under the personal allowance. Do they have to go on BR for this 2nd job as the 2 jobs combined will both be under the personal allowance, and if on BR they will be taxed.
