Name misspelled on the cheque

Hello, I sold the vehicle and DVLA sent me a cheque of refund payment. My name is misspelled and when I tried to deposit a cheque via online banking it was bounced back. Please tell me what is the solution or what should I do? Thanks,

Sorry, but this is not a question relating to HMRC.
As the cheque was issued by DVLA please contact them for help with the matter.
