I will be withdrawing funds from UK SIPP. I am a bit confused. On the DT UK- Spain (form Spain- individual) I don’t know how to answer the following: Part B1, question 9 - Does the tax authority only tax you on the income you remit? The Spanish tax authority taxes me on all my income and therefore will tax me on the SIPP withdrawals So, do I have to answer “no” as the Spanish tax authority not only taxes me on the income remitted in the form (SIPP withdrawals) but also on the income I generate in Spain? Or, do I have to answer “yes” as the Spanish tax authority will be the only tax authority to tax me on the funds remitted in the form (SIPP withdrawals)

Hi,

You should answer "no" to the question.

Thank you.
