BN(O) Visa - Full time University student - Tuition Fee and Income Tax

Let’s say I am a BN(O) Visa holder studying a university degree course full time. (1) Tuition fee is paid by my parents from Hong Kong to the University directly. I also receive (2) pocket money from my parents to support my living in UK. Do I have to report or declare the two sum of money for UK income tax purposes? Thx.
