New Tax Code

My tax code for the 2024/25 tax year has been reduced as HMRC estimate that I will have underpaid £250 tax in the tax year ending 5/4/24. My P60 actually confirms the amount of tax paid is the correct amount that HMRC say I owe. Do I have to phone or write to ask them to review my tax code or will it automatically be done in the next few weeks.
