Hi - myself and my fiancée aren't married yet nor have a civil partnership (though plan to marry later this year in Q2). We're both on visa currently (Skilled worker and Intra-Company Transfer respectively) and plan to buy a new first house in the UK, for which my fiancée has transferred upto 50% of the deposit contribution from her UK account (source being taxed salaried income) to my UK account. Would I have any tax implications for the transfer of funds from her account to mine and use of those funds for deposit contribution for the new house..?
