New ISA account and ISA transfer 24-25

Hi I would like to check my situation is acceptable. I have a fix term ISA in 23-24 and just matured this month, and I just open a new cash ISA in this year for 24-25 already. Can I open a one more fix term ISA IN 24-25 to transfer from my matured fix term ISA?
