Stamp duty on shares gifted to spouse

Hello, I would like to gift some shares to my spouse, and I have found clear guidance regarding no capital gains tax liability. However, I haven't found clear guidance regarding Stamp Duty. Is the transfer of these shares between spouses exempt from having to complete a stock transfer form, and stamp duty? Many thanks
