Hi Amy R,
HMRC cannot advise you on this as this is financial advise which we are not authorised to give.
Thank you.

Hi Amy R,
You will need to register for self assesment to declare the £15910. For pension relief, please see additional guidance at:
Tax on your private pension contributions.
Thank you.

Hi HMRC Admin 21, Im super confused now. Can you clairfy this? I have a paye job making 58k. This is taxed already in my pay check. I made 15k as a sole trader and put this full 15k into my sipp. I need to call HMRC to do declare this? I can't just do a self assessement?

Hi Amy R,
You need to do a tax return for this in order to declare both - Self Assessment tax returns.
Thank you.
