Taxability for unlimited foreign company

Hi, I got an unlimited company in HK and I am UK tax resident. I would like to know the tax exposure of this company in UK. Will the profit of this foreign unlimited company subject to UK tax? Or it will be same with limited company that only amount distributed to me (as dividend / salary) subjected to UK tax?
