I had left UK in the beginning of Aug-23 and I was supposed to get an Income Tax refund for the year 2022-2023. When I had checked the account on 4th Oct - it said that HMRC has calculated the refund and a cheque has been sent on 27 September. However, when I checked today morning (10th Oct) - it shows that I have paid the correct amount of tax. That is not possible as my income didn't cross the threshold (less than GBP 12K) - I double checked using the HMRC tax calculator. I also can't see the previous message - what can I do now?
