Second job tax code change

Hi I’m starting a new second job which will be my main job and my current main job will become my second job. I have the HMRC app so can I just update my salaries once my second job shows and will my personal tax code then change to my new main job and my second job to BR? Or do I have to phone up to do it? Thanks
