Personal Allowance doubt

Does everyone have the 12570 Personal allowance? Mine starts with a lower value(~8K) and then has deductions on top of it? Also, I dont earn above 100K.

Hi checktax227,
If your income is below £100K then you would start with the 12570 personal allowance.
If you think your code is incorrect you will need to contact HMRC to reivew:
