1291L Tax code

Hi, Apologies if this has already be covered. I checked my payslip today and the tax code is showing as 1291L. Does anyone have any idea what that means? Ive tried looking online but cant find anything and HMRC phone lines are constantly busy. Any help would be great. Thanks
