Inherited father’s home, plan to sell. Am I still counted as a “first time buyer”?

Hello, My father passed away and I inherited the house. I plan to sell it once legal aspects are sorted. I have been saving for my first home for the last 5 years. Will I be able to use my LISA for my first home? Some clarification on this would be highly appreciated. Thanks

Yes.  In order to calculate the annual benefit that will appear in the tax code, we use annual figures in all cases.
