2022-2023 tax not yet calculated

Hi, My tax from the previous year has yet to be calculated. It has never been this late before. Are there currently delays? Would my employer submitting a P11D delay the process? Also, does the employer usually file these with HMRC as they provided this to me only last week. Thanks,

The deadline for an Employer submitting the P11D is early July, HMRC do the tax calculations in waves.
