Tax Implications of Transferring Proceeds from Family

My Amazon seller account was terminated without prior notice, and I'm unable to open a new one. If I were to create a new account using my parents' details and bank account, would it be possible to transfer any proceeds to me without imposing a tax burden on my parents? Thanks

This would be seen as their income as all activity is under their name and as such they would then be liable to any tax due.
