Second Job Tax

About to start a 16 hour a week job at living wage, so it is under the tax allowance. Also starting a two month 16 hour a week job over Christmas period only. I have received JSA this year in two periods, as only income so far. I have two P45s, one from first and one from the second (final) period. Both show 1257L as code. Can I give one P45 to each employer (as total salary will be below tax allowance)?

Hi Chris Rowlands,
You would give the latest P45 to your employer.
Once received by HMRC we would update and review to make sure your  correct code is in operation.
