Can't cash Repayment.

Hello! On my self employed account I can see a "repayment cheque" for 2,042.30, but I haven't received it and when I click on "Request a repayment" it says nothing is owed to me. I moved away from the UK in 2023 and I fear that someone else have received that cheque, or that is simply lost on the mail or something? I would love some help with this on how to proceed or just to understand the situation better. Thank you!
