P87 Response Times

I submitted a P87 expenses form on June 19th, had a bit of back and forth providing additional information and was then sent a refund for an incorrect amount. I rang HMRC and they asked me to re-submit my documents via the post, which i did on the 31st of July, according to the tracker i should have had a response on the 28th of this month. Could you advise the current response times?

For claims received 01 August 2023 we would expect these to be reviewed by 04 September 2023.
