Tax on interest earned

I am retired and have two work pensions giving me a total income of £12570. How much credit interest am I able to receive from savings? Is it a maximum of £5000? In addition, am I correct in thinking any interest earned on cash or fixed rate ISA’s does not get included in the £5000. Thank you

Yes, the starter rate for savings is £5000.
ISA's are not included.
