I have a pension £48,000.00 SERP Fund – Self Employed Retirement Plan Which has a Guaranteed yearly pension of £6090.97 once you action the pension thats your £4800.00 gone. So if I die a couple if years after I action the pension my wife would gets nothing . Can I transfer it into my wife's SIPP (giving it to my wife) and if so can she claim tax relief on it. We are both still running a business.

You would need to discuss this with your pension provider.

Thank you.
