Gift of land from a brother in Poland

Hi, five years ago I was given land in Poland by my brother that at the time was only worth £1K, now the land is valued at £65K. Will I have to pay any tax in the UK on it if I sell the land and transfer the money over to UK? I have dual nationality but I reside in UK.
