Some guidance please

I sell on Amazon. I have been asked by amazon to submit "- An explicit letter from HMRC (in your name) confirming the status as a sole trader or self-employed " and "A copy of your latest yearly tax return filed in your name, including the pages where the sole trader income as been reported" Would you kindly advise me how to go about securing these please.
