Contacting HMRC regarding delayed tax calculations for financial year 2022/2023

I am one of the people who still have not had their taxes calculated and I read in other threads that by calling up I can request my taxes to be calculated immediately. Because I do not want to spend an afternoon on the phone, is there an email or direct phone line I can use?
