Hi, I'm owner/director of a limited company, planning to move to Spain. I am keeping the company registered in the UK as most of my clients are here, and I can work remotely. When I move, I have a choice of becoming a freelancer (autonomo) there, or stay as an employee of the company. What I would like to know is, if I become a freelancer, I will invoice my company (still in the UK). Does that mean I cease to be an employee of the company and, if so, are there any issues with that? Thanks Kieran
