Non resident UK citizen flexi access pension drawdown tax reclaim form

Hi, I’m unsure what form to use to reclaim overpaid tax ( emergency tax applied) on my flexi access drawdown amount . It’s not P55. Thanks K

As not UK resident it will be a double taxation form.
